Terms and Conditions: Note Quest App (As of 9/1/2020)
NoteQuest offers two separate product types for purchase within the app. The first type are one time upgrades (IAP’s) in Game Mode (formerly called “Note Class,”). The Game Drills consist of Landmark Notes, single note and interval flashcard drills with pitch recognition and a timer. The other side, called NoteFit, is designed for a different purpose – sight reading real music excerpts, and is a subscription purchase. This upgrade is optional.
Once you upgrade with either/or the Game Mode or NoteFit, you will receive the latest updates the App has to offer when it gets updated.
For NoteFit, you can select the free, 7-day trial, after which NoteFit will automatically renew monthly, unless the user cancels at least 24 hours prior to renewal date.
To cancel your subscription, contact iTunes at least 24 hours prior to renewal date. If purchase was made in error, you must seek Apple support for all refunds, not Note Quest. All app purchases will be charged to your Apple ID. Subscription management or cancellations must be handled in iTunes Account Settings.
Pricing is subject to change, and any changes will be announced at least 1 month in advance to subscribers of Note Quest’s email list. At the time of this document, NoteFit’s monthly subscription is $3.99/month. Yearly plan is $29.99 per year (as of October 1, 2022).
This app does not, in any form, guarantee, endorse or promote self-taught music skills. Note Quest is a tool and is best used with the guidance of a teacher. Results vary and depend on the consistency and quality of use.
